CHICAGO - DECEMBER 13: A U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) worker (bottom) checks baggage as it passes through a CTX explosives screening machine at O'Hare International Airport December 13, 2004 in Chicago, Illinois. Earlier politicians, TSA officials and other airport officials gathered at O'Hare as the TSA announced an additional $21.9 million for security systems to handle growing passenger traffic at O'Hare, providing the additional funding through an Other Transactional Agreement. In July, TSA signed an agreement for $37.5 million, increasing the federal commitment for O'Hare to $59.4 million. (Photo by Tim Boyle/Getty Images)Airfares are affordable.
